We collect personal information that you actively input when submitting discovery application forms, subscribing to newsletters, or downloading masterclasses. This includes: names, corporate emails, professional roles, and blocker metrics. Under ICF PCC guidelines, all communications, emails, and call details are kept strictly private.

Your credentials are used solely to assess strategic alignment for coaching programs, dispatch booked meeting parameters, and send curated bi-weekly executive letters. We never lease, trade, or distribute your email addresses to external platforms.

3. Information Protection

All databases, documents, and assessment files are stored securely behind encrypted server databases. Only authorized executive assistants can access scheduling data.
